Customization,
Scripting and Wrap Up
This Challenge was more Fun than I've
had in a long time :) Thanks Robin!!
This is the part where I am suppose to explain what all I used and abused to create
this image.
Starting with 5 photographs ~
Robin At Play,
TampaGator
and
Snakes found in culvert were all used to create
the first image. I selected the parts of the images I wanted using the Magic Wand,
then the Edit Selector to assure a nice cut before combining them into one. The
Other Two images were obtained from Robin's Harem. I had to limit those photographs
to Only Two even though there were more than thirty seven willing applicants available.
The last manipulation of the final three images were selected with the Selection
Tool using Rounded Rectangular with a 10 pixel feathering. Four Vector layers
were added for the two callout images and text. On the background layer I flood
filled it with a gradient I created and named Shimmer2, consisting of grays and
whites, 14 Markers total.
The frame was created by merging all nine layers, and adding a new raster layer.
Added Borders using 7 pixels in width symmetrically. Selected that border with
the Magic Wand, flood filled it with one of the grass colors from the original
image and applied an inner bevel. Added another layer, Added Borders symmetrically
of 30 pixels, selected it, used the duplicated merged image and pasted into selection,
applied a Gaussian Blur of 5.00, added a Texture Effect Blinds using the same
Green Color and an inner bevel. Created the outer Border by matching the inner
Border. That is nothing like all I actually applied to this image, but my notes
were not exactly legible, cuz I forgot to write 'em down :) It was a lot of fun
having this battle line drawn with such a worthy opponent. I would like to gracefully
accept defeat, My opponent has once again left me in awe in his ability to Create.
Thanks Robin!

I now have one custom toolbar ~ No Custom Made Scripts to offer ~ a Workspace
that is so totally crammed I need three monitors most times. Instead of trying
to customize it anymore than that 0ne new toolbar, I'll opt to keep the information
I learned on How To Change it until later. Hence, no busy workspace photos to
upload ~ This page is heavy enough :) 628K/90 sec's download time -- Don't ya
wished you had gone to the potty in the amount of time you waited for this page
to load? :))
Thanks Sally
and Ron!
Lots of great information shared for this new version and I am
grateful to have had the opportunity to obtain it from you guys!
