Artistic Effects ~ Halftones and Magnifying Lens
Noting like forgetting part of the header image ~ Not a chance I could re-create this Effect! :) (and get this completed on time)
These first two images are examples of the Halftones Effects that came exactly from the assignment instructions. Only difference I used totally different Materials than suggested. My first 62 Effect-Halftone-Efforts were just too pitiful to post. Not that these two are award winning, they are just proof that the assignment was attempted!
Next we moved on to explore the Magnifying Lens Effect and I quickly realized there were No Instructions to help us Magnify Time, because countless hours were lost playing with this Effect. The image on the Left is an example of the Magnifying Lens~Rearview Mirror Effect. The Right image is the same photo with the Magnifying Lens~Crystal Ball Effect applied.
These ended up being my favorites for this particular Photo.
This Effect was just a bit trickier than the earlier example of the Magnifying Lens Effect. No way I'll try and explain exactly how this technique is accomplished. It was a lot of fun and You are more than welcome to come on over to LVS and ask Ron and Sally to explain it to you. :)
