This Week we are learning 4 New Filters ~
HSB Noise, Jiggle, Marble and Fur.
The Image above is our Goofy Guy from the Week 4 Lesson assignment with Fur added.
I know this is a very lame attempt at adding the Fur Filter, but it was my last
image I created so I gave it Top Billing to try and make up for my inablitiy at
being Creative.

| The Next 8 Images are Examples of the HSB Noise Filter - We were instructed to experiment with all the 'Settings'. The HSB Noise Filter was applied to a 200 X 200 pixel selected background using the color #0000C0. I then resized each image to 100 X 100 and added a 10 pixel border - applied the Kaledioscope effect 'FunkyOffset' Preset and then added an Inner Bevel Effect to create the finished Border. | |||
