Week 2 started off using the Corona Filter.
Co·ro·na ~ n: shining ring around the sun seen during eclipses.
Don't Look at these images with Your Naked Eye!
I know your Mama's told you that
a few dozen times in your life and it's advice you need to remember!!
Earthlights at Night ~ The image
on the left is the original (kinda, just reduced in size by about
a gazillion times) and the image on the right is after I applied the Corona
filter to the selected area. The Corona Filter has endless possibilities and I
got a bit carried away so there's no way I can remember the exact settings (sorry).
After I completed the Corona Filter applications I used the Cutout Filter on the
20 pixel border.
This Image started out with
a Kitty Picture Tube and a Pattern Background. I gave this Kitty a fairly good
workout using the Corona Filter. I tried the 'Dark Mater' setting and he stopped
purring ~ So I applied a little 'Indigo Flares' and that upset him enough to 'hiss
at me' *sigh* But the 'Magnetic Flux' caused him to settle down just slightly.
So, truthfully? I don't have a clue what all Corona settings exactly I did apply
to this image.
I think The Cat left town once I completed this experiment
:(
The Cutout Filter
The Cutout Filter was a lot of fun to play with.
I experienced some difficulties with the Texture that I wanted to use as my Top
Layer and finally gave up and hoped you would think this is the effect I was trying to achieve :) Nonetheless, I was pleased with the end results.
The Drip Filter
This Drip Filter is
pretty much self explainatory. 'Drips Happen'!
"I'm Melting!!"
Not just the Iceberg,
Florida reached a scorching 93* last Sunday by Noon.
This is only mid May, so we're gonna need a few of these icebergs before Summer
gets here.
Great Lesson Sara!! ~ It was a lot of Fun, Thanks!
